If you are interested in the evolution of eco friendly transportation, then you must watch Who Killed the Electric Car. The following video is a PBS interview with Chris Paine, the director of the movie. If you haven’t had a chance to see the movie yet, then this interview gives a great overview of the movie, including the benefits and features of 100% electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles are making a comeback. Auto manufacturers are rising to the challenge and the growing demand. For an extremely reasonable price, you can purchase an electric vehicle from GEM for local or neighborhood use, or you can waitlist for the sassy ZAP, the sexy, fast and very expensive Tesla Roadster or the Chevy Volt . If you do not want to wait for electric (or drive a GEM) then you can always use hybrid (which is still an emissions producing vehicle) or convert your hybrid to electric with a conversion kit.

Buy the DVD “Who Killed The Electric Car“. Also available on Unbox.
